When you arrive at your hotel please make contact with the CTS Group Coordinator for any change or reconfirmation of your departure pick up time from the hotel (failure to do so may result in your airport transfer being cancelled), however it usually is coordinated to be at the lobby 3 Hrs prior your flight departure time.
